# FiLot: Your Calm Gold & DeFi Companion

FiLot is a calm, chat-first wealth analysis application for physical gold bookkeeping and
Solana DeFi. It is fully non-custodial: it never holds client keys or funds. Every transaction
generated by the chat companion must be explicitly approved and signed in the user's own wallet
(Phantom, Solflare and similar) before it is broadcast.

FiLot is an analysis and bookkeeping tool, not a financial adviser, and it does not buy or sell
physical gold. For on-chain gold exposure it can prepare a swap to PAXG, which the user approves.

## What it does

- Photograph a gold bar, invoice or certificate and FiLot reads the weight, purity, serial and
  price, then shows everything for the owner to confirm before anything is saved.
- Tracks physical gold at cost against the live gold price, so profit and loss is per lot.
- Explains Solana DeFi in plain language and prepares swaps and liquidity-pool actions that the
  user signs themselves.

## Photos, stated precisely

Scanning a photo sends it to Google's Gemini vision model to read the details; that copy is not
retained. A photo is stored only if the owner saves the item to their ledger, and then only in a
private bucket that their own account can read. Nothing is saved before the owner confirms it.

## Plans

- Lite: free.
- Pro: $9.99 per month, or $100 for a year paid in USDC on Solana.
- Max: $25 per month, or $250 for a year paid in USDC on Solana.
- Billing starts 1 December 2026. Nothing is charged before then.
- Refunds: full refund if asked within 14 days of paying, returned to the wallet the payment came
  from, in the same asset, with no reason required.

## $FILOT token

$FILOT is a small loyalty perk, not an investment. No staking, no lockups, no farming. Supply is
